1. Personal information collected

Julimmal (julimmal.com) does not provide account registration, comments, voting, or an on-site contact form. Search queries are processed within your browser; the queries themselves are not sent to the server.

2. Email inquiries

Send inquiries, reports, and correction requests to leya.ctw@gmail.com. Your sender email address, message, and attachments are received through Gmail and used to review and respond to your request.

Include only what is needed. Please do not send unrelated sensitive information such as a resident registration number or a full copy of an identity document.

3. Retention and deletion

Sender addresses, messages, attachments, and reply records are retained while an inquiry, report, or correction request is being handled. Once handling is complete and the personal information is no longer needed, it is deleted without delay.

Information that must be retained under another law is stored separately for the legally required period and deleted when that obligation ends.

Deletion includes permanently deleting messages and attachments from Gmail Trash, together with any separately downloaded copies.

4. Site access and cookies

Requesting a web page may transmit information such as an IP address, requested URL, access time, and browser information to the web server.

Google Tag Manager is used to manage tags for understanding site usage. General pages load Google's tag script, which may transmit an IP address, request time, and browser information to Google.

5. Requests about personal information

To request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of personal information contained in an inquiry, email leya.ctw@gmail.com. The date and subject of your original message can help locate it.

6. Changes to this policy

If features involving personal information are added, such as submissions, advertising, or analytics tools, this policy will be updated before those features begin.
